Homemade creamy pudding pops

You will need:
1 large package (5.1 oz) JELL-O Chooclate instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
2 cups Cool Whip

Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk for 2 minutes.
Stir in Cool Whip
Pour into plastic cups.
Insert wooden pop stick in center of each cup.
Freeze for 5 hours or until firm.
To removed from cups, run under warm water.
